For a year long taste of summer this is a spelt yeast loaf with olives, sun dried tomatoes and pesto throughout. Perfect with tapenade or cheese, it lasts well and toasts beautifully.
All our breads are made on the day of delivery using white and wholemeal spelt flour. We make real sourdough, yeast loaves, baguette, soda, scones and tarts – and even spelt croissants Bread will keep for many days, slowly drying out. This natural process can be delayed by keeping the bread wrapped. Our bread freezes very well.We suggest to slice it before freezing and defrost as required. Please do not defrost in a microwave.
