Irish sourdough

Traditional Sourdough made using organic stone ground Irish flour from Oak Forest mills. The bread is a white sourdough but due to the traditional stoneground milling process retains more of the oils and bakes out darker than the white sourdough. It also shows a stronger flavour and taste

Ingredients: Organic, Irish white stoneground spelt flour, salt (2%), sourdough sponge, water
