Pauli's is a brand new product line. Pauli worked with us for many years and is a Ballymaloe trained private chef. His butters are amazing and go so well with our breads. The garlic butter is made with Irish butter and contains Garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper. It has a very long shelf life.
