Do you ever forget to order your bread? Come to the market and find it's all gone? We have the solution.

Become a SpeltEater and we'll deliver your bread every week – Wednesday or Friday in Kilkenny city, Thomastown, Gowran, Inistioge, New Ross and Waterford town. Graiguenamanagh on a Friday and Carlow town on a Saturday. No more forgetting, no more sold-out stalls, just fresh bread arriving like clockwork.

Now, there are two ways to become a SpeltEater:

1. The SpeltEater – €55 a month
We deliver bread and treats worth €15 every Friday (or Wednesday if that suits better). You'll get a loaf, a baguette, and some goodies – we'll set it up with whatever you prefer. Once a month we add a surprise for free, and you'll get samples of anything new we're experimenting with.  If you're away, just cancel that week and get a credit, or ask us to deliver your bread to a friend or donate it to a community support group.

Once you order, I'll give you a ring or send you an email to sort out what bread and treats you'd like and when delivery suits best. If you need more bread, we can also figure that out. 

And after popular demand we are adding the option to create your own SpeltEater basket

2.Build your own subscription 
Or, if you'd rather pick exactly what you want - 3 loaves, 7 baguettes, whatever - you can subscribe to any product in the shop individually and set your own quantity and frequency. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly. As much or as little as you like. It's all there in the shop, and honestly it's fairly straightforward.

The pandemic years taught many of us to connect with local producers, and it would be such a shame if our busy lives made that slip away again. So we're making it easier for you. As energy costs keep climbing, we need a way to trade that makes waste redundant and every drive worth its diesel.
