Brown Sourdough

For bread lovers who want real flavour. Our wholemeal sourdough is the strongest tasting sourdough we bake. Like all our sourdough it ferments over 15 hours and develops a deep crust and proper sourdough character. If you like it, you love it. If you're new to sourdough, the Irish or the white are a gentler place to start.

Ingredients: wholemeal organic spelt, Organic white spelt flour, salt (2%), sourdough sponge
