Brown Sourdough

Our wholemeal sourdough is probably the strongest tasting sourdough. like all our sourdough it ferments over 15 hours and develops a strong sourdough flavour. If you like it, you love it. If you're a novice, try the Irish or the white first.

Ingredients: wholemeal organic spelt, Organic white spelt flour, salt (2%), sourdough sponge
