Cranberry and walnut bread with Rosemary

Our Cranberry and walnut bread is made with organic spelt, cranberries and walnut - and flavoured with Rosemary and a honey glaze. In the summer, the rosemary is from our own garden and that much stronger in flavour. the bread goes lovely with cheese or pate - or just plain on its own.

Ingredients: Organic white spelt flour, salt, sugar (<1%), yeast (<2%), sourdough sponge, cranberries, walnuts, rosemary.

Suitable for vegans - if you ask us to leave off the honey glaze.
