Honey seeded sourdough

This is a sourdough packed with goodness. It starts as a brown sourdough but then we add a big seed soak, Mileewen honey and Greek olive oil. The loaf gains in sweetness, richness, protein and shelf life

My favourite at the moment.

Ingredients: Organic wholemeal spelt flour, Organic white spelt flour, salt (2%), sourdough sponge, olive oil, honey,sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame seed, linseed, poppy seed.
