Small brown yeast loaf

The small option for a wholemeal yeast loaf. Called the rustic loaf, it has a lovely nutty flavour and is lighter than the brown sourdough or soda.

Ingredients: wholemeal organic spelt, organic white spelt flour, salt (2%), sugar (1%), yeast (2%), sourdough sponge,
sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseed
