The Stollen is traditional German Christmas baking at its best. It is made for us by a German baker in Wicklow and contains our own spelt flour, fruit, yeast, more fruit, almonds and marzipan. If you haven't tried it, you've missed out. Stollen, like most fruit cakes, has a long shelf life and will last you for the season.
