The Christmas star

The Christmas star is a unique table centre piece for the season. Made with our own spelt brioche dough and the best of Belgian chocolate it is available to order from the middle of November until Christmas. It is a share and tear bread that would be equivalent to about 9 rolls. For the rest of the year the Brioche round is the perfect tear and share. Same dough just no chocolate and no star!!!
