Our white sourdough is made purely with organic white spelt flour, salt and water. We ferment 12 hours in bulk and another 3 or 4 in baskets, giving a mild tasting very versatile white loaf. The classic crowd pleaser.
Ingredients: Organic white spelt flour, water, salt (2%), sourdough sponge
