Stromboli are our answer to sandwiches or pizza! A white spelt dough is pepped up with roast onions and oregano and then wrapped around roast peppers and mature cheddar. Baked to a crusty finish with an abundance of melted cheese. Perfect eaten cold or heated up, eaten on its own or cut and filled with whatever you like! I think they are called stromboli because of the slight vulcanic look. If you know better, please let us know.
