We make our mince meat from scratch with fruit, our own organic lemon peel, organic lemons, sugar, Irish brambley apples and whisky. We make it throughout the year for our Austrian breakfast plait and the Hot cross buns at Easter but the high time is, of course, Christmas, when we sell our mince pies from the middle of November on. 300 g of mince meat will fill 6-8 mince pies.
