The apple cider bread is a white yeast loaf with brambley apple pieces and Highbank cider. A great tasting loaf that lasts really well. Great to eat for a few days and if you have some left after that, try it as toasted ham and cheese!!
Ingrdients: organic white spelt flour, salt, sugar(<1%), sourdough sponge, apple pieces, Highbank medieval cider suitable for Vegans

Probaly one of the best breads I have tasted and great value for money as it was very filling.
Will definitely have it again on a regular basis.
When wheat intolerant it’s very hard to find a bread that suits. You won’t regret trying this
