Our pizza bases are made with a yeast dough of organic white spelt. Baked briefly, they are ready for you to finish off with toppings of your choice. Once you are happy with the toppings, bake in a hot oven ( 220 degree Celsius) for 5 -10 min depending on your oven. The pizza bases also freeze very well and can be used straight from the frezzer.
Ingredients: Organic white spelt flour, salt (2%), sugar (1%), yeast (2%), sourdough sponge.
